Absolute joke!!!!! They never pick up the phone, have been trying to call them for 3 days now and nothing. Multiple emails and still nothing resolved. Trust me go somewhere else for whatever you came to them to find!

The delivery man was very polite helpful and friendly the door arrive packaged well and appears to be in very good condition I am very satisfied with no experience with leader doors, excellent job.

Absolutely appalling service & wasted money as yet not refunded.

I used Leader doors to replace the doors throughout my downstairs which i intended to do for the upstairs also, the first delivery was fine, however I needed to order an additional 2 doors with different sizes. I have since had 5 doors (over 3 additional orders) arrive damaged, each time i have contacted Leader to advise of this, sent photo evidence, been told the damaged doors will be collected & refunded and then received no further update as to their collection & replacement, 8 weeks later, i'm still have all the damaged doors, each time i try to contact Leader I'm asked to supply evidence all over again & that there is no record of my previous attempts to arrange contact.

Unsurprisingly there are no issues in ordering new (hopefully undamaged) replacements, but to date I'm yet to receive a replacement or refund for the damaged doors delivered, this equates to nearly £1400.

DO NOT USE.

Really quality doors worth every penny

Total shambles. Multiple deliveries of doors that don't match the website images and despite waiting in endless phone queues to confirm the door style. Having finally had doors delivered, I've now been contacted a month later by one of the suppliers trying to arrange collection of one set of doors that were refused at delivery.

Ordered prefinished doors, delivery charge was extortionate. Doors came in a bad state, certainly not prefinished, reported back to Leader with photos, they agreed that they were not acceptable and offered a small discount! The doors were not fit for purpose. Eventually agreed a return and refund, but despite many phone calls ( waiting for ages) and emails no refund was forthcoming. Eventually had to refer back to the credit card company to get my money back. Truly appalling experience and definitely would not recommend or use this company again. Please think twice about ordering from them.

Pleased with quality of doors but had some to-ing and fro-ing re the delivery. Two doors were delivered unpackaged so were scratched in numerous places. I sent an email to request two replacements but was told I would have to pay for delivery!!! Husband spoke to them and they agreed to replace and deliver at no cost, google customer service faith restored.

Had my doors delivered today. Had a message to state there been delivered and what time. Delivery was on time and they guys were very friendly and happy to put the doors where I requested. Overall: very happy, satisfied and will be using again to order more doors for downstairs. I highly recommend.

I just want to say that from ordering to delivery everything went smoothly. This company has far the best prices and the speed of delivery is fantastic. I had the doors for over 2 weeks ( hence my delay in giving my review) before hanging and even my fitter said how good a quality the doors were. We bought the XL Joinery with obscure glass (4 panels and 1 full) for our bedrooms and en-suite. They give us so much light on our landing and corridor and the privacy level (even with a light on) is 100%. These doors are well worth their cost and I would fully recommend them and the company.

The whole experience was not easy and not pleasant

Probably the worst customer experience I've ever seen. All started well as I ordered 13 doors for the renovation of our terraced house, sales process was smooth and easy. Problems really started once I received my order. One door was severely damaged and one was not delivered at all (was not in stock). I contacted Leader on 20 April explaining the changes to the order and requesting a replacement for the damaged door and cancellation for the one that was not delivered at all...no responce...tried to contact them and spend 20 minutes + on hold, impossible to get a hold of anyone there. Then spoke to someone who identified as John and promised to make all the changes requested in my email. Nothing happened, no pick up for the return, no refund for the door that was not delivered. We are now in July and they still haven't refunded me and picked up the door despite ten plus emails. If you can use another vendor I would strongly urge you to do so! I've never left such a long review for a company but the attitude and the lack of basic respect for their customers is just shocking.
